Who We Are

Our Team Of Specialists

Sankofa Family and Community Services is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to providing culturally sensitive and linguistically appropriate social services, information and support programs to Ghanaian and African Canadian children, youth and families, including newcomers living in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and to all those needing assistance.

Our Vision

We envision a society where immigrants, refugees and newcomers of Ghanaian and African descent, their children, youth and families, including seniors are empowered to thrive and reach their full potential, one person at a time. Through our work program we would like to see a strong community of thriving newcomers, healthy and resilient families, empowered women and dignified seniors.
